Biker boots?

I was on here a little while ago to get some advice on a new look. Just turned 30, new baby etc! I'm 5,11 and still a size 16 and it doesn't seem to be going anywhere fast. I've gone down the leggings and jumper dress route and I think it suits me but now it's getting colder I don't know what towear on my feet. I'm not very smart I like my uggs (I know!) but they're too scruffy so was thinking of biker boots or slouchy boots? Longer ones seem to suit me. Any ideas?

I have these and rarely take then off. They go with nearly everything and are v comfortable!

I used to live in my Uggs and didnt think I'd find any boots I'd like better but I bought a pair of biker boots similar to AmberNectarine's last month and love them. Go for it- they look great with skinny jeans or dresses.

How far up the leg do the Next boots come MissP?

I love my (newly acquired) Timberland boots, very comfy and easy to pull on and off. The heel height is nice too.

I've got some from John Rocha at Debenhams which are very like Amber's (can't do links sorry) and I've hardly taken them off. Warm, comfortable, lots of compliments. I tend to wear them with skinnies and tunic tops.

Tracy - they come about halfway between ankle and knee. And very comfortable they are too.

I just got some really nice biker boots from Asda. Really comfotable especially as I've had trouble previously with geetting boots to fit my calves.
