new dress - what to wear with it ?

I bought this dress

What will I wear with it; long sleeve t shirt underneath or cardi over?
And what on my feet, flat boots or pumps?

I would do long sleeved T under and ballet pumps. Think a cardi would make it look frumpy IMO

I think boots would also work. I agree with libertychick that a cardi wouldn't look as good as a top underneath. A cardi will cover up the pocket detail etc.
