What do you store your make up in, in the bathroom?

I am tidying up my bathroom and need to get rid of clutter.

I have a large bathroom cabinet in which I keep face creams, cleansers, and bottles of foundation. I have small make up bag in my handbag with essentials- lippie, concealer etc.

I HAD a perspex box with a lid on a narrow glass shelf- rests against a wall- from M&S, which has the rest of my make up in- eyeshadows, lippie, brushes, blusher, pencils etc. However, it is now past it- stained and dropping to bits.

I like it because it has a flat base so it's easy to find things- rather than a make up bag- but can't see a replacement anywhere.

Anyone got any ideas? Please don't suggest hanging things off bathroom door etc etc as that won't work, and same for stands- just dumped a chrome and glass stand which was rusty and replaced with a large wicker box, for body lotions, shampoos etc.

I have slightly more make up than cjb Blush

I found a fantastic three teir plastic storage box in an arts supply shop, as you lift the lid the 3 levels separate so that I have brushes, pencils and mascara on the top, eyeshaddows and lipstick next and blusher, plaster of Paris and other false eyelashes at the bottom......

One of these, it's perfect for the job.

I have found an acrylic storage box on the Muji website which I might look at in their store.

I don't have masses of make up- but there must be 4 lippies, 3 blushers, 2 eye pencils, mascara, sharpeners, 3 eye shadow palettes, concealer, and 3 brushes.

I keep most of my enormous amount of make up in a silver bowl from Heal's that was a present ages ago. Bits and bobs are in various Muji acrylic pots. Muji is great for stuff like that.

this for nail varnishes etc, this for brushes, ooh, and this for jewellery. Love it.
