Just had to share as am so made up :) I used to luuuuurve swimming, but since having ds have been way too conscious of my horrid legs to wear a swim cozzy cos of the veins! Thread veins, varicose veins...hideous :( (DS was worth it, of course, but I do sometimes mourn for my pre-baby body - selfish and vain, I know!!!). Anyway, a mate recommended a website which has some simple cover up swim seperates and it's made me actually venture out to the pool again (first time at the weekend - wahey!). UK Swim Store (www.ukswimstore.com) is a life-saver: cover up swimwear (I'd never even heard of it!) should be offered on the NHS to all women having a baby I reckon lol! I've got ME as well, so some gentle swimming might just help me build up my strength.
Anyone else out there feeling a bit of post-pregnancy body hatred???
