ok so not entirely stylish or beautiful, but hoping to find a comfy, snuggly, hoody that is as stylish and beautiful as possible

I can't afford a cashmere one, my budget is around £60, unless very spesh

I'm at (cold) home on maternity leavecand want something I can just chuck on with jeans or leggings whilst slobbing around

I want it to stay soft and a nice shape even with repeated washing. Have a bit of shape, and pref bum length

Have searched high and low and can't find one

I have a couple of American Apparel hoodies that are really soft and comfy and wash really well. They're just in plain colours, so not particularly special, but only £35 or so, so you can get two! Sizes come up really small though - I'm a 10/12 (on a good day) and wear a man's size M.

Do you mean knitwear or sportswear type fabric? My sister had a lovely Animal top she'd bought off BrandAlley that had a really snuggly inner lining (like the teddybear fabric stuff), but I can't remember if it had a hood or not...

Not sure if I want knitted or sweatshirt material

I think something knitted would look nicer, sort of hang better if you know what I mean but sweat shirt more comfy
I'll have a look at American apparel. Thought they'd gone bust

Thanks for your suggestions

I quite Luke this la readout butvam loath to buy from them and subject myself to the tsunami of junk mail that will follow. Ive only just managed to escape them by moving house

Aldo it's nothing special, it's ok but if I'm going to be lving in it, which I intend, id prefer the 'perfect' one

DD1 and I have animal ones, warm cosy wash well, casual sweatshirt type.
Our local Crew shop have gorgeous ones sometimes, but top of your budget and over mine. DD2 has some crew hand me downs (they haven't done kids stuff for years) and they are beautiful, and will be handed on againSmile
