Has anybody else found them exceptionally generous? Having posted recently querying IO quality/cost I decided to order a wrap dress, along with a couple of tanks and vests. I'm usually a 10/12, however, everything I ordered in a 10 is enormous. There is no way I am an 8 with 30F norks and a 34 inch waist

Also have issues with their customer services, it seems 'next day delivery' should read 'will be delivered the day after we can be arsed to despatch

I've found their maternity stuff to be variable - one jersey ruched top in size 2 is like a 12-14, another in slightly different style is more like a 10. I got the big drapey cardigan in a size 1 and it's mahoosive, going to sell that on Ebay.

Great quality though, love IO maternity.

I think they're generous. I got a dress there, and a coat, Anne could definitely done with the size down (but am too lazy re: waiting on their delivery 'system', and since they still fitted that was that). Now, I'd always order both sizes and send back the worst fit.

My mum had terrible service off them recently, ordered a dress which took forever to come and when she chased and said they were being unreasonable to make her wait 3 weeks for something which was showing as 'in stock' the girl replied 'well, its your choice, you don't have to shop with us!'.

Brilliant. 1 x customer lost forever. Genius.

am at your mum's experience Madammecholet. That is totally outrageous. Shame as I was considering ordering a few things but this thread is putting me off.

Try them, it was only her experience. I think some of the stuff is amazing (I have the wrap dress), but some overpriced (essential T shirts etc)....

Maternity dress beautiful and generously sized. Wrap top - good and I've no idea about sizing - you'll know what I mean if you've got one. Third top very "snug" - as in I won't need one of those support belts after my c-section!

Delivery took forever and when I spoke to customer service they said "well, it is sale season".
