Garnier BB cram - with or instead of moisturiser?

I've got my little samples - do I use it as well as or instead of moisturiser?

I use it instead of moisturiser.

I use it as well as, but I have dry skin. I let the moisturiser sink in for 10 mins then apply BB cream, otherwise it's too shiny.

I'm liking mine a lot, the only negative is that I was hoping it would de-shine my nose. Alas not, but it does seem to do everything else.
