Has anyone got one? I thought it was a good idea at the time, now I'm worried I'm going to flay off half my face .

I had one, some time ago. I did leave me sore and inflamed, but then so would proper salon dermabrasion. It joined the epilator, gathering dust in a drawer, very quickly. I prefer to pay someone else to inflict pain upon me, if you see what I mean.
