Watch from Next with the big green stones, do I keep it or send it back?

Help I can't make up my mind, bought this in the sale, it arrived today.

Do you think I'll be looking at it in six months time thinking yuck?

At the moment I think it's quite nice but at £22.99 it's not a great bargain???

Can you send stuff back from the sale?

MrsSpoon · 29/12/2005 12:05

I'm sure you can, now you've got me panicking!!! I think they just send the stuff to their discount shops if the sale has finished.

Course you can send it back. You can take store bought sale stuff back to the store with a receipt.

DoesntChristmasDragOn · 29/12/2005 12:07

If you don't know about the watch, I'd send it back personally.

MrsSpoon · 29/12/2005 12:09

Number 153 I have drooled over it in the Directory for months but I'm not so sure now, it is nice on but a bit chunky.

You will be able to take it back to a shop or send it back. I would give yourself another few days to make up your mind personally.

MrsSpoon · 29/12/2005 12:14

I think you can have up to two weeks to decide.

Just had a quick look at the new Directory on-line and there are a couple of similar looking watches, my main concern is that it goes 'out of fashion' (shallow I know) and that I end up hating it before I've had my money's worth, but if they are selling similar next year it's a bit more positive.

Going to put it back in the box for the moment and think about it again.

Um... I think it's hideous! And not a bargain.

Sorry...

ThereWASaGiraffeInTheNativity · 29/12/2005 12:23

I don't like it either, personally.

Sorry.

compo · 29/12/2005 12:25

I think it's quite funky personally!!

feastofsteven · 29/12/2005 12:26

I need more opinions (after I am supposed to be cleaning and need a good excuse to stay here another few minutes). The watch is packaged up and back in the bag, still not sure.

FrenchKissUnderMistletoeGirl · 29/12/2005 14:28

MrsSpoon · 29/12/2005 14:31

LOL Compo, you are the voice of reason. There has been a little voice in the back of my head saying the same thing.
