Post pregnancy body - is Zumba on the Nintendo Wii any good? Hoping for some updated opinions

Just wondering if anyone would recommend this after using it for a while and if not, is there anything with the Wii that is any good?

Yes, I like it. I think it's a good work out if you go for it. Gets me sweaty.

Best work out though is 30day shred, not a wii game but a DVD.
