Bad winter coming - which coat for going to work

I really need a warm coat - which one of these. I'm 5'4 so worried in case the long one makes me look like a short arse

Second one will keep you warmer than first due to funnel neck etc. haven't heard of that website - have you used them before?

just a quick update - my coat arrived this morning - beautifully boxed and wrapped, and it is perfect! I ordered one size down as Planet have the rep for being big made and I'm glad I did that. So I would recommend this outlet site for a bargain. Also they sent me a £10 voucher off next purchase so a good start to the day all round.
