Ballet type pumps with a bar or elastic

I got a few pairs last year from TKMax and have worn them out completely. I cant keep the normal type on my feet. I need some that are very soft and comfortable - any ideas greatly received

Not seen any but did some flat paten mary janes (think that is there name)in the Office sale. Patent and with little studs

I've got the Clarks ones for work and they are comfy, and stay on my feet.
