Can you help me find the boots I am looking for?

I am coming up against a brick wall.

I am looking for black leather, knee high, flat boots, with a zip that goes all the way down (not pull on), ideally fleece lined. Standard calf width. They need to be smart enough for work (I work in an office) and I am willing to pay up to £200. I am happy to pay towards £200 than, say, less than £100 as I would like them to last. I am finding that the ones with adjustible buckles on the calves are good, as you can tighten them to fit. Ideally in a 3 1/2, but a 4 would be ok as I would just wear thick socks. And they need to be comfortable as I will be walking a lot in them.

Tethers, you star. I like a few of those, but am loving the Carvela ones. I knew I needed to branch out a bit more. Will go at the weekend to hunt them down in a department store.
