Is this cardigan too Mumish?!

Here

I think I like it but I usually hate furry/shaggy type necklines. What do you think? (This is partly because I have a £15 gift voucher I've had for ages and I feel like spending it.)

I also like this playsuit but I'm concerned I wouldn't wear it often.

There are loads of cardigans on asos very similar to this one - very young and trendy models wearing them. The Fairisle pattern is really in at the moment - not mumsyish at all!

I like Fairisle but not keen on the collor on the M&S one, I think thats what is making it seem a bit mumish. I do, however, love the playsuit! I'm tempted to go and try it on myself.

Thanks all, I think! Hmm Grin I think it is the collar that's the issue. If only it was detachable I think it would be a lot better.

messy yes I am 25 but I have bought quite a few things from limited collection in the past and thought they were quite youthful looking.

I've had a look on asos and there are a few on there I like too. Maybe I could get the playsuit and get an asos cardi with my 10% student discount (I know, I'm practically a child!). Maybe this one, this one, or this one?

All 3 lovely saoirse but i prefer the second

Well, actually as you're so young it could work as long as the rest of your clothes are funky enough. Maybe skinny jeans knee boots and small top, ok those aren't especially 'funky' but probably more so than tapered leg jeans and clarks shoes.
On me it would look hideous, as I'm too old for it and not skinny enough I would look like a giant walking carpet.

So I went to marks' and tried that cardigan. The collar is actually detachable but it wasn't good. It was also weird how the knitting on the arms was different thicknesses so bit of it were tight, other bits bulky, it felt very strange.

So I decided to buy this limited collection cardi and this boring knitted dress.

Then I bought this asos cardigan but it's so itchy. I'm about to give up finding a cardi!
