I need a waterproof coat to see me through the pram-pushing winter months. Don't want to look as if I need walking boots - something that is relatively smart. I ordered this www.millets.co.uk/clothing/women/jackets/warmwear-and-padded/product/042856/W-KATHERINE-INSULATE-OLIVE-18.html?attribute=15026950 from Millets but the sleeves are a bit short and I know I'd be constantly trying to tug them down.
Any ideas? I don't want to spend much more than £100.
