Burst blood vessels face and eyes....

Hello, wonder if anyone can help me here...

Sat night I was quite violently sick. Urgh.

Anyway, as a result I have a horrid collection of burst blood vessels around and in my eyes, and around my mouth and I'm all purple and puffy and horrid :(

Is there anything I can do to get rid of them or at least the puffiness? I am liberally smothered in make up which hides it a bit but not the puffiness or the blood filled eyes. I look so so shockingly bad!

I don't have any answers, but do have lots of sympathy. I did this in each labour (three of them). The photos of me with my newborns look luvley!

I could do with one of those cold eye masks I think but for my whole face. I was also wondering if maybe massage would disperse the puffiness a bit?

Hmmm. I will try anyway and if it looks any better will report back
