No. You need to buy a size bigger than normal and have lots of warm layers underneath if we have another winter like last year.

I have one in black. I love it but no, it's not warm enough when it's really cold. BUT I've had so much use out of it I don't mind. It really does keep you dry and the hood means you don't need an umbrella. Well worth the money imo.
