Boden t shirt sizing

Have just seen a t shirt in the Boden COTD and am wondering how the sizing generally comes up? I would say I am generally a big 14 or small 16 on top... Just hoping to avoid the faff of returns. I am gradually getting smaller and loosing the baby fat (baby now two!) but don't want anything too tight. It is a Hamptons t shirt if anyone out there has relevant advice.

I have a 14 and would say it is on the larger side for Boden, bu smaller than a white stuff 14.

I would go for the 16, the Hamptons tops are quite fitted.

I am wearing one of my three Hampton t-shirts right now! Fantastic fit for me, I wear 8 to 10 in most shop sizes, Hampton t in 10 is perfect: a bit of room, but good shape. If you like snug fit 14 would be right I think, 16 if you like a bit of room or cami underneath.
