LK Bennett sizing

I love the look of LK Bennett dresses and shoes, but unfortunately I live abroad and therefore buying several sizes and returning items is very expensive. So what do you think about their sizing?

Dresses, especially Davina - I'm quite busty (F-cup), will I be able to zip it? As we know, not all brands cater for this.

Shoes - do you find them true to size? I'm usually 5, but need 6 in some brands, what you recommend?

From my experience, they cut for proper women. I am busty as well (32 DD/E), and had a baby, admittedly 11 months ago, but still! I fitted into one of their fitted dresses in a size 10, even when I was breastfeeding, about four months ago.
On shoes, I would say they are pretty true, slightly generous if anything.

Thank you!
Anybody else?

Completely different experience from Olivetti :o I am very curvy and find their clothes don't cater for that - my friend that wears a lot of LKB is very straight up and down and they seem to fit her perfectly.

Shoes - they're quite generous in length but they are narrow - I have wide feet and have to go 1/2 size up (have never understood why shoes are narrower because they're shorter)

Actually, I should say that their skirts don't fit me well at all, much more for straight up and down. But for some reason, those fitted dresses they are doing at the moment all fit really really well.

thanks both, I have wide feet so going up half a size sounds reasonable.

Dresses I find reasonably true to size (and I'm quite curvy), shoes I find generous but I don't have particularly wide feed and often take 0.5 size smaller as they do tend to give a bit and if I buy my usual size they are too big after a few weeks' wear.

I think their sizes are small. But then I would ...

Can I ask what their shoes are like? At £200 a pair I'd want them to be amazing on my feet!

Ok ladies, a Davina dress (in lipstick) is on it's way. I'll let you know how it fits.

The Davina dress arrived and it's gorgeous, very nice fit. True, if I was more than F-cup then it would probably be too tight. But fits beautifully - am very tempted to order it in some other colours as well. :)

But also ordered a Phase Eight top and is it just this one or is their sizing generally ridiculous? I could fit a family in it.

I LOVE their shoes - I take a 4 in heels and LKB are true to size even half size bigger and you get a Nicole Appleton style gap at the back - not a good look. They will give slightly as real leather. My feet are wide too (beginnings of bunions Sad) but their shoes are v comfy.
