There's one near me next month. Is it worth going? Are there decent bargains to be had?

worth going. Get there early, take sharpened elbows. Grab stuff then look at it after in a corner whilst clutching it tightly ;-)

How did you find out location and date of sale, joydivisionovengloves ? I have had a look online and can't find any info

I think you have to find them on facebook and be their friend.

flybynight, It was the horror of the Boden sales that was putting me off these ones. I figure it can't possible be worse!

ujjayi, I got annoyed with them always publicising them about 2 days before so I sent them an email suggesting they might like to be a bit more organised.

There's one in Newbury 19/20 Nov and one in Corby the following weekend.

I went. It was horrific. Long, long queues and very few bargains.

Definately worth going :)

I bought £100 of stuff for just £15 and my SIL saved £100's.

The trick is to fill your bag with stuff you might like and then have a sort out at the end.
