Please help me.

I am 44 and getting spots.
Its not fair.

What do I do? I managed to avoid them in my teens (apart from the odd massive one in a really conspicious place) but now I am getting them regularly.

Any tips, products?

I know its not the end of the world but it does get on my nerves and they can be quite sore.

When I see kids with acne now I just want to go and hug them, the poor things.

Zinerit from your GP - mild antibioticand general genius thing. Combine with a really decent cleanse/exfoliate regime and not too much moisturiser for new skin like a new person in four weeks. Stays clear, too, once sorted. Good luck.

Totally agree with Zineryt- worked wonders for me. I've been spotty all my life, but very bad since DS was born. For the 1st time ever I've left the house without concealer on!

Thank you I will ask GP. SHe is lovely and very sympathetic when I whinge about unimportant things.

I use clarins skin care (its all I get for birthdays and christmas)

I exfolitate at least twice a week.

Spots usually on the chin, same place every time.

Probably hormonal?

Dalacin from GP. My spots were definitely hormonal and only 6 weeks into the treatment, they are all gone.

There is hope then. Cool.

They are sitting there annoying me right now. I can feel them and they make me want to itch my face.

Should add, it took 2 courses of Zineryt to clear most spots. After the first course, I still had 5 or 6 bad ones on my face, but after this second course they are much improved.
