Light golden brown boots - have trawled the web - help!

I want something like this but without the enormous heel (a smaller heel would be fine, not completely flat).

See, I don't want tan, I want something slightly lighter and yellow-ier than tan, if that makes sense (maybe it doesnt! )

I have seen a few women with them - nice, expensive looking light goldeny brown knee boots. I should have been brave enough to ask where they got them from, dammit.
