Major overhaul needed help me find someone to work some magic

Please can any of you kind people recommend someone for botox, microdermabrasion and somewhere to get my colours done in London, central London would be great but any recommendations welcome. Also if you know of a hairdresser good with lots of really fine hair, and while I am at it a dentist. Have really let myself go and am giving myself a much needed kick up the ass .

Whereabouts exactly do you want the dentist? I can probably help with that.

Will be staying in a hotel in St Pancras so anywhere I can get to from there am more than happy on the tube. I live in Belgium and am trying to squeeze this in during a trip home.

This practice comes recommended. Close to Belsize Park tube, and Mrs Patel is lovely :)
