... Right, so, prepared to be mortified even though beautician will have seen about ten fanjoes before mine.

.. take pain killer before hand to do bollocks all help take the edge off it

.. wear nice loose knickers because other than dh beautician will be only other person to see my underwear.. before I have to take it off and my flag like pants are dumped on the floor

.. have some sudocreme in, apparently?

Have I missed anything else?

Oh dear, i'd be crapping it!! A waxing virgin in those areas i'm afraid!! I hope it goes smoothly Wink

Curiousmama · 13/10/2011 23:29

Oh I thought it hurt like shit but then again I hadn't trimmed enough so maybe a bit long Blush Especially the pubic bone area.

Second time not so bad though.

Can't you just get sloshed? Wink

I had my first ever 'intimate' wax (all off bar landing strip) last week and I am now a total convert.

I didn't find it that painful either....the waxer lady complimented me on my failure to flinch Grin

Best £30 I've spent in a long time!

seeker · 13/10/2011 23:37

Why?

groak · 13/10/2011 23:52

Oh i've wanted to have it done for aaaages and it's dh's birthday sson so combined cost of getting dh a present and getting want i want Grin

Don't see point of landing strip so thought might as well totally bite the bi=ullet and go for it..
