My teeth are pretty white, but I feel like giving them a bit more zing...any recommendations?

I used to work for a dentist - she said home kits were REALLY dodgy and she saw lots of people who had had problems after using them.

A friend has recently had hers whitened at the dentist - cost about £150 but tbh I haven't seen any difference - I haven't told her that though Wink

My boss' sister is a dentist and she's said the same, that actually home whitening kits are really bad. Apparently they damage the tooth's surface and that then means they're more likely to get damaged and stained afterwards.

I'd spend the money on going to the dentist to do it properly and not cause damage.

YY saiorse I couldn't quite remember why they were so bad but that's it! Also people can have terrible gum problems if the stuff gets onto the gums.
