Party to go to and will have just had baby (3 wks ish) - need a dress/outfit can BF in

Help!

I am currently 40+3 pg, about to have my baby anytime now.

It's my mom and dad's 40th anniversary party on the 19th November, so I should be breastfeeding, and I will be packing a fair bit of pg weight. I have enormous boobs (currently 38F), and will probably be 2 stone over my usual weight.

When I had DD, I just didn't know how to dress big boobs, and always felt uncomfortable with them.

I am thinking of some kind of wrap dress (for BF purposes) and a pair of fabulous shoes. I'm usually a fan a vintage looking clothes and quirky shoes, but may have to compromise my usual style.

I will have a bit of a tummy to disguise too, I suppose!

Please ladies - any suggestions? I have only found a wrap dress in Coast - black, classic, not massively inspiring, but should be flattering and practical. Not sure how to do a link - may have to get DH to help!

Doesn't help that DS will be looking thin and very fabulous, aswell as about 23!!! (cue green-eyed monster.......but she is lovely though!).

How about this? the ruched panels on the boobs do allow for easy breastfeeding access, you can just pull them to the side. Too casual?

Which Coast dress is it? I found 1, 2, 3. I like the second one best.

I'm on a roll, you could try this one as well. I have it in blue, it is a bit unforgiving waist-wise, but it is quite charming for the price.

Thanks ybf! You're a star!

It's the Carlton coast dress (no3) that I really like - quite classy, and hopefully flattering - I'm also thinking of some animal/leopard print shoes to go with it. Won't be bothering with a bag, as I'll be lugging the baby's change bag with me - oh, the glamour of caring for a newborn!

It will be ebayed after, as I'm hoping to slim down eventually and should imagine I'll have to get it in a size 14 - depending on how big Coast sizes are. Hoping it will get a good price!

Ah, very good idea with ebaying it later. Love the idea of nice animal print shoes. Not helpful, I know.

Huge congratulations on the pregnancy BTW, how exciting! Do you know what you are having?
