i want knee boots. yes KNEE - not top of calf, that fit a skinny ankle.

got the exorbitantly priced hobbs ones with a slight stretch and they dont even hit the bottom of my knee bone.
all others wellies.

i might have to turn to Russell and Bromley

Have you tried the various 50/50 boots -- I think they are popular because they fit ankles.

Can't do links but here's trying --

Ooh - I have some Russell and Bromley boots just like the 5050 ones. 13 years old and still going strong.

Yes - Stuart Weitzman. They have a number of styles that suit skinny legs. Available from Russell & Bromley. Expensive though. I can't link because stoopid R&B don't have a decent website.

Bertie button boots are great. I have average calf measurement but skinny ankles and boots always sag there. These Bertie ones fit perfectly and are knee length. I have them in tan and black and they have lasted a few winters now and still look like new.

Aldo are quite skinny
