I bought the Gap one in bottle green.
Bottle green-haven't said that or worn that colour for decades.

Will wear with green tights , pixie turned up little ankle boots and a cap with a feather in it....arf

I really woudlnt describe those sleeves at 'batwing'

HouseOfBamboo · 09/10/2011 20:09

It looks pretty neutral to me. Would totally depend on your figure and how you wore it as to whether it looked good or not.

I'd love to have neutral wafty stuff like that as wardrobe staples, but it's hard to find ones that are cut just right for my humungous arseage.

The fabric mix is a bit confusing - is polyamide actually polyester? Viscose and cotton good though.

motherinferior · 09/10/2011 20:39

The original one. It's OK. It's quite long on me but then most things are long on me. I plan to wear it with leggings and chunky boots to work in a month or so.

I am, admittedly, 48, but I scrub up well. And my job is on a women's magazine, not exactly Frump City.

ggirl · 09/10/2011 20:44

the gap one is def not dress length
well not for me
motherinferior-I am 49 but like you not a frump quite yet.
