I've got some fitflop boots from last year, like the charleys but you pull them on - all I can say is they're damn comfy and I am often complimented on them when I wear them. Personally, I like the look of the hoopers and am thinking of them for meself! Go for it

polyhymnia · 07/10/2011 18:18

I have some from last year too - incredibly comfortable! Am also contemplating the hooper or charley!

I have some from a year ago (almost to the weekend) and I Love them. I have been asked by lots of people what they are, and can safely say they are ultra comfy. Um but they wont make you fit :o)

I don't know what the problem is with mine (short mukluks) but they made my feet go numb everytime I wore them as so tight across top of foot. I've tried to wear them indoors to stretch them out but it's not working :(

I have the Charleys in brown, and they are the most comfortable boots ever. I even had a jog in them once. They look expensive too and not geeky like the sandles/flipflops.

dalek · 08/10/2011 00:20

Do they have a zip? If not are they easy to get on?

iWILLdothis · 08/10/2011 07:54

I love the look of them but want a tall grey boot, which they don't seem to do :(

polyhymnia · 08/10/2011 08:01

The Hoopers and Charleys both have zips which, I think, is a big advantage in a long boot compared to previous pull-on styles.

I puchased the Charleys in the end as I wanted knee-high boots. (The Hoopers are 3/4 length) They are seriously the most confortable thing ever! Could walk all day in them. Highly recommended!!

Thanks for that feedback - hadn't realised Hoopers were only 3/4 (would be less on me as I'm tall). Are the Charleys easy to tuck jeans into as long as they're skinny/ish?
