Best liquid eyeliner

Bought a Collection 2000 recently which broke upon first use- the handle and 'pen' bit detached and it's unfixable. Any recommendations for good cheap-ish liquid eyeliners?

The Max Factor one's pretty good. I've also heard rave reviews about the L'Oreal ones.

Maybelline Gel Liner is pretty good and comes with its own brush; I find gel liners much easier to apply and longer lasting than liquid.
