Please help, how do I describe this haircut to the hairdresser?

I want to have my hair cut like this tomorrow, (the bottom picture - not the top) but how do i describe what I want?

Thick bob with fringe? hmmm....

Do you have an iphone? Could you not take a photo with you

chin length layered bob with fringe.
layers no shorter than the top of your ear
fringe sitting just below your eyebrow.

I do not have an iphone, I am very out of date on the phone front. it does have a camera though... so i could take a picture of the image from my laptop...

Never try to describe a haircut to a hairdresser. Take the picture with you, and be prepared to explain exactly what you like about it (e.g. "I like the choppy ends and the way it's shorter around the face").

Wise advice wellwisher - I got confused because the image was called a blunt bob, so i googled that and got tons of different hair cuts.

I've taken a picture using my phone (ooher technology!) so everything should be ok.

Good luck with the haircut. iPhones are good as you can capture the image on your screen. Very handy :)
