Help! Wedding outfit!

Family wedding coming up and having big clothes dilemmas. I am a post-baby size 18-20 and about 5,10. Want something classy, knee-length or below, not round neck (doesn't suit me). About 200-300 pounds budget. Am big on tummy, bum and thighs but top half is ok.

Not asking for much am I!? Help please!
