MitchiestInge · 29/09/2011 10:02

although hopefully sexual success will happen indoors after event, not that am ruling anything out

it will be nice and warm when event begins but extremely freezing by the end, what would you wear?

Er, do you need something to look gorgeous in, or something that you can wear while having sex and still remain warm? It isn't clear Grin

My mind is boggling!

MitchiestInge · 29/09/2011 10:06

haha, something to look gorgeous in - will disrobe as required

what about a sexy equestrian type look? Dark skinny jeans with knee high boots, a tight, crisp white shirt unbuttoned to the cleavage with a nice fitted jacket over the top?
Something similar to <a class="break-all" href="http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?q=sexy+equestrian+look&hl=en&gbv=2&tbm=isch&tbnid=ljoygicEmIIaPM:&imgrefurl=graziasl.com/%3Fm%3D200910&docid=lwqaaRjzu4yvHM&w=375&h=500&ei=HzyETs_IK5PE8QP7r9g0&zoom=1&iact=hc&vpx=797&vpy=254&dur=1538&hovh=259&hovw=194&tx=91&ty=150&page=1&tbnh=143&tbnw=107&start=0&ndsp=38&ved=1t:429,r:12,s:0&biw=1280&bih=941" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">this

MitchiestInge · 29/09/2011 10:41

that's what am wearing NOW! The riding jeans boots and top anyway, no jacket, is hot but have plenty - not what the cartoon woman is wearing

OP posts:
MitchiestInge · 29/09/2011 10:43

event is partly an opportunity for everyone to not wear equestrian stuff, but is good to know that it can be considered a look for other events

What is the event? Is it on a beach or in a garden? Is it smart or casual?

MitchiestInge · 29/09/2011 10:49

in a bumpy field and somewhere between smart and casual I think

am thinking of wearing new small asymmetrical grey slightly see through maxmara dress because is quite flattering but am worried about slowly freezing to death as evening progresses?

Well, let's start with the feet. Heels are most likely out. Do you have flat boots?

JennyPiccolo · 29/09/2011 11:01

You could bring a leather jacket/ big scarf combo for later. Do you have a pic of your dress?

ImCoveredInBeeeees · 29/09/2011 11:29

Make sure you are warm enough. Blue and shivery is not a good look, and you won't feel like taking your kit off if you get frozen through!! The evenings are cold now even though the days are unseasonably warm :)

Callisto · 29/09/2011 12:11

There are some gorgeous tweed skirts and jackets around at the moment which would be smart enough and country enough. Joules do a good range or Barbour if you're feeling rich.

LaurieFairyCake · 29/09/2011 12:13

You need none of this

Stand at the bar and smile - men like that if you're after a man. This works for all events where there are men.

If you're after a woman probably the same Grin

pinkhousesarebest · 29/09/2011 14:53

How about this sort of thing

Alibabaandthe80nappies · 29/09/2011 15:36

Oh - Laurie I had assumed she was going on a date rather than on the pull! Shock
