I've just found out that I've won one and have to choose a shade but I have no opportunity to visit a counter to try them out in the timeframe I've been given. I've bought it before, when there was just the one shade, and it was too light, I'm guessing this was what is now shade No1, which they claim is universal, this is what I'll be sent if I don't specify one. How on earth am I meant to choose?!
