I don't seem to be able to avoid these! Have to put moisturieser and eye creme on, leave it half an hour, and then put foundation on, sometimes just mascara. Always ends up down my face within 2 hours! Any clues MNers please?

Are you using the mascara to accentuate your eyes, or to change the colour of your lashes?

If the latter, you are probably putting too much on. Get them dyed instead.

Clear mascara works well for daytime, to help hold a curl, and no risk of panda eyes

Blinc mascara doesn't run at all as it works in a different way to mascaras that you paint on. It kind of sets into tubes which don't dissolve in water or oil, they just slide off whole at make-up removing time, bloody marvellous.

Yep, Blinc.
It's amazing.

I always use waterproof. Various different brands. Slightly more of a pain to remove, but a bit of oil rubbed into lashes does the trick.

You need blinc or clinique curling mascara as both are rubber like formulations, not water based, as described below.

Thanks all. Sounds like I need to change mascara....
