I am about a size 20/22 and also short. I have a wedding to go to and I haven't a clue what to wear. Also on a budget. Any tips appreciated.

Do you have anything you could wear from your wardrobe and add to if you are on a budget?

Its fairly formal. Day/Eve. I did have a prom style dress I thought I would wear with a pretty shrug with corsage but it doesn't fit quite right. Suppose I could get it altered. Think I would just need some kind of shrug/jacket.
