Does anyone else get "New Dress Fever"?

I am going out tomorrow night for my birthday. I have several nice dreses in my wardrobe, most only worn once or twice.

So why am I frantically browsing websites that offer next day delivery, looking at going out dresses, searching for 'the' dress that will magically make me a size 8 and several inches taller?

Please tell me I'm not the only one that does this before a night out?

Happy birthday! I do this all the time. Have a look back through your wardrobe. Is there a frock you can style differently? It's often more satisfying to rejig a look... or maybe I'm kidding myself

Me too! I often end up buying anything rather than nothing and then it lurks in the wardrobe and I end up in an old fave 10 mins before going out.
