Urgently need assistance to find a couple of outfits for dh to buy for my upcoming b'day. His offer, just needs a bit of steering.

I'd love some nice navy/grey trousers with a unfrumpy non clingy top/shirt thing.

And a semi smart do for playgroup but can be glammed for night dress or skirt ensemble.

Realise it's a big ask but I'll never recover from the brown wooly cardy he presented with black wellys boots last year.

Or anything ye have seen and thought hmmm could go for that...

I'm a 5 foot 2 and a 8/10. Deathly pale and streaked blonde hair.

Bribes of any nature are freely available.

With your proportions (lucky thing!) skinny trousers would look good - Gap do great fitting ones With navy / grey trousers I'd add some colour to the top, nothing overly bright if you're pale?

You should also treat yourself to some new shoes, they make any outfit Grin!

Shoes I'm onto thanks angel.

Gap has really weird sizings for me and can never get a good fit in their trousers/jeans.

I am getting boring but I'm still going to do it. This is the comptoir descotnniers website - they also have a number of shops across the UK.

You sound like a slimmer version of me and I really do like them.

Cheers animula. Will have a gander.
