Plasticy but I like the shape better

Leather but I'm not so keen on the band around the top - but they do come in wide which might be good for my calves.

Er, my point was "what do you think?"

I really like them, would definately buy them.

TrillianAstra · 22/09/2011 22:23

Which ones do you like best or think would be better?

Chocolate ruched leather

iWILLdothis · 23/09/2011 07:16

Definitely the leather ones...gorgeous.

bubbles4 · 23/09/2011 07:23

The leather ones, you wont regret it but you might in 6 months time if you buy the plastic ones.I,ve got a pair of Next leather boots that are 4 years old and still going strong.

josephinebonaparte · 23/09/2011 07:50

Plastic footwear is just sweaty and nasty

TrillianAstra · 23/09/2011 08:45

But I like the top of the plastic ones better... it's a nicer shape.

No-one knows where I can find a nice leather version of those do they?

Have you tried ALdo? I don't know what uk stock is like but I bought the leather version of the next boot a few months back. (I'm in the UAE) They do tend to roll out the best sellers year after year.

TrillianAstra · 23/09/2011 08:59

These look a bit like it - good tip.

Now I have to decide if that shape is worth the extra £30 over the Next ones.

Eugh no, don't buy plastic boots, really not worth it

barbie1 · 23/09/2011 09:03

I think they are the ones I have, defo worth extra 30 pounds, they will last so much longer. Check out the us web page, if they have a sale in there it will mean the uk is due a sale soon too!

TrillianAstra · 23/09/2011 09:21

It's an extra £50 over my original thought of "I like those boots but they are plastic"

The plastic ones are nicer - you know, leather boots are nice but if you want waterproof, go for plastic every time.
