Always use an eye creme with a SPF in it. Despite trying to leave as much time as possible between putting moisturiser/eye creme on, and putting mascara on, always get that horrid smudged mascara under the eyes(blurry smudged, not wet mascara IUKWIM). Mascara is not waterproof, don't want to go back to using that, and face powder settles in my crows-feet! Any ideas please?
