Not sure why it has to be Waterloo - not a v good area for hairdressing - but if you are prepared to make a very short trip over Waterloo bridge by bus or foot there are several good ones in Covent Garden some of which are mentioned on a recent strand on hair salons there.

thanks everyone. Near Waterloo as I will have very little time to go anywhere too far from there. Tho a schedule change suggests I'll probably be doing my own in the hotel!
