stunning BLACK leather skirt - with what?

I have a gorgeous black leather skirt that fits again, but realy am stuck with what to wear on my feet and what to wear on top! I want to wear it casual in the day, and have the option to Vamp it for evening wear. So aswell as thinking slouchy jumper am thinking vampish evening top?

the skirt is knee length and very so slightly a line. I do have a few pairs of black knee boots that are ok.

can anyone offer any suggestions?

Something silky in a dramatic colour for evening.
I have an emerald green LK Bennett blouse with pussy cat bow.Am thinking something like that.

I always worry about the belt issue with skirts.

Silk or satin military shirt on top for dress. Stripy Breton t-shirt/jewel coloured sweater for normal days and long black boots either flat or high with opaques are what I imagine!!You lucky thing. Casual messenger bag,too....
