warm stylish belted over-the-bum coat for less than £40 - what do people think of this?

Am not normally a Peacocks shopper, but was browsing in our local this am, and came across this - ok, it's polyester not wool, but it looked really nice on - v flattering colour on my pasty skin! What does anyone think? Would it be a waste of money because of the quality?

Hmm. I'd change the buttons, but apart from that...

Its not bad for the price but I dont think its bum covering.

It's nice, but it'll probably do that really annoying bobbling thing on the nap under the arms and wherever it brushes against itself about a week after you've got used to it and started to rely on it.

..and if it is polyester it might make you prone to getting sweaty...

I really like it and might venture to Peacocks to try this on as I have a yearning for a coloured coat this year. But I would need to see it, feel the fabric and try it as I would need to watch the pleating detail near my flabby gut.
