Crest 3D teeth whitening strips , anyone used them?

Which ones did you use and did they work well?

watching with interest as i want to get some.

I have used the professional ones but not in the quantities suggested . I think I did it about 4 times and was happy with the whitening effect so saved the rest :)

They work well, but I'm not sure how great they are for your teeth, so I use them sparingly...
