interview outfit for web company

ok, so on Thurs I have an interview with a company that designs user experiences for all sorts of big names.

I am a WAHM and this would be regular freelance work for them (from home), doing what I already do.

WAHM outfit = jeans and t-shirt, so I'm not really sure how to dress on thurs. It's also very hot at the mo (italy) so a jacket will be too sweaty (originally thinking jacket, nice top and smart jeans)
Any ideas? I think a dress would be too much, but are jeans too casual, esp without a jacket?

Jeans are too casual, smart chinos might be better. Or straight dark trousers, with a nice blouse, tucked in, smart belt, good accessories, smart shoes.

Or a simple, well cut shift dress, might be easier to wear and cooler, but looks effortlessly smart, usually Zara do some good dresses that would work.

great ideas there, I have some chinos and also a black dress which would fit the bit that I hadn't considered...thanks!
