Evening dress for 75 year old

anyone know where I can get a classy, stylish evening dress for a 75 year old. Needs to be long-ish and cover her shoulders/tops of arms.

What's her usual style?

Budget? Style?

Full length or knee-mid calf?

she doesn't normally wear dresses, usually trousers and very occasionally skirts. However she needs to wear a dress for a formal function that she feels comfy in, nothing too fancy. Budget £100 - £150, full length or lower mid calf would be fine - I think she's probably be happier in lower mid calf length.
