Slendertone for Stomach muscles

Hi, saw this in the clearance aisle for £15 so thought i might as well get it.

Have a few stiches in my stomach so can't use it till next month just wondered what other people thought about it.

Well, I know a lot of people with slenertone products. Dont know anyone who thinks they've actually worked.
Never used one myself though so I'm sure there will be people to tell you their own experiences which will probably be more helpful.
Personally I find 20 mins of cardio and some cruches etc has hugely helped me get back in shape.
Also, kettlebell training but with stitches wouldnt recommend for a while.

I got one a couple of years ago and its great. Have gone from a size 16 to size 8 and have got better abs than those women in the athletics.

I do have one, I bought in under the illusion that 'it must do something! otherwise they wouldn't sell it'

If it was that easy to get great muscles then we would all have one and be wearing cropped tops to show off our abs!
