Advice please!

I have some very old black leather trousers (bootcut) which I can fit in again.

In my younger days i used to wear them with chunky boots but the biker look is just not right now.

What footwear would you wear with them?

Please dont tell me leather bootcut trousers are awful, i may cry

Or cowboy boots.

Thankyou, I have some tan cowboy boots somewhere in my shoe collection. Didnt even occur to me to try those! my other boots are all quite chunky and didnt work at all.
