Please help me find my first pair of boots!

I'm normally a trainers or plimsolls girl but I quite fancy getting a nice pair of boots for autumn for a change.
I dont think I want them very high up my leg and dont want a big heel as I look a lot like Tina Turner when I wear heels!

Budget is £60, is this do-able?
