£99 for 6 sessions (a session would typically be half a half leg Confused)

It's on groupon and I've been stung in
The past with deals that aren't so great

It says this package wouldnormally cost £2000, would it really? I'd like to get my bikini line zapped but actually I know very little about IPL. I'm going to google and have a hood read but if anyone has first hand experience I'd be glad to hear about it Smile

marking place, I had a similar offer, £119 for 6 sessions, 1/2hr each. Says its worth £600. I wanted BL doing as well?

janmoomoo · 01/09/2011 19:21

Sounds very cheap. I payed £320 at Saks for a special offer they were doing, should have been about £600. Cant imagine it would cost 2k. Doesnt take half an hour, takes about ten mins a time, once every four to six weeks for six sessions. Am on fourth session and bikini hair still there but it is growing back slower and thinner.

Yes thats a good deal, I would give it a go.

Mumswang · 01/09/2011 23:14

Oh excellent

Thanks for your rePlies

I decided it's worth a go. I pay £25 a go for a wax, so thought for the same as 4 waxes I might as well give it a whirl Grin

I just bought it too mumswang......am wondering how much it will hurt now!

Mumswang · 02/09/2011 15:35

Hurt? Does it hurt? >Dense face> I had no idea Shock

As bad as waxing?

I had it on my chin which is a sensitive area. It hurts much less than waxing but there is a definite sensation and the smell of burning skin is not pleasant. It's perfectly doable but if you are feeling sensitive then have a paracetamol before hand.
